Participation Soulsession Expedition (English)

Sign up now for the English-language Soulsession Expedition that started on August 19. The Soulsession Expedition consists of 10 weekly Soulsessions.

During this Expedition we will work with themes like: fear/desire, healing of (unconscious) pain, yin-yang, surrender, masks etc. And as previous participants indicate, “a beautifully complete expedition that brings you closer and closer to your core.”

The Online Soulsessions will take place weekly on Thursday evenings from 8 PM Central European Time | 1 PM Central Time and can be followed live via Zoom. Prior to each session, you will receive a unique link and login code to join the sessions live.

You will also be given a personal account with which you can listen to the audio recordings of the meditation/visualization unlimitedly after each session.

At the moment all English-language Soulsessions are temporarily offered for free because I believe it is important that as many people as possible can make use of the energy and insights from these Soulsessions. To access the Zoom sessions/audio recordings, it is still necessary to "purchase" the free product.

What do you need to take full advantage of a Soulsession?

  • Make sure you cannot be disturbed during the session.
  • Have a seat in anice chair where your feet can be firmly placed on the ground. You may want to use a blanket to keep you nice and warm.
  • In addition, you will need a notepad to write down your experiences/insights.

What does a Soulsession consist of?

The Soulsessions consist of 2 powerful and specialized meditations/visualizations where you learn to 'read' yourself.

The meditations/visualizations each consist of the following elements:

  • the cleansing and balancing of your own energy system (especially in this period of time of great importance for highly sensitive people who absorb a lot of negative energy and fear from others).
  • in-depthinsights into relevant themes that also have a healing effect on your self-healing capacity. Each Soulsession will deal with a different theme.
  • Each Soulsession will feature a different theme. This theme will respond to current events and possible needs/questions from participants.
