What is an Online Soulsession made up of?

The Online Soulsessions consist of powerful, guided meditations/visualizations and include the following components each time:

  • the cleansing and balancing of your own energy system (especially in this period of time of great importance for highly sensitive people who absorb a lot of negative energy and fear from others).
  • in-depthinsights into relevant themesthat also have a healing effect on your self-healing capacity. Each Soulsession will deal with a different theme. Each Soulsession will feature a different theme.

 

To make the most of the powerful meditations/visualizations, we will discuss the experiences with each other afterwards. II will support you where neededto translate your experiences into meaningful insights. I do this by tuning into your energy and 'read' with you.

What else do you need for this Online Soulsession?

  • Make sure you cannot be disturbed during the session.
  • Have a seat in anice chair where your feet can be firmly placed on the ground. You may want to use a blanket to keep you nice and warm.
  • In addition, you will need a notepad to write down your experiences/insights.
